We will give you a full breakdown of the expected costs of the treatment, which includes the estimated insurance portion and the portion that you the patient are responsible for. This is available to you prior to scheduling your surgery. Your estimated portion of is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards as well as care credit which offers 0% interest financing. This can change based on your insurance coverage and the amount they actually reimburse. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid their portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
